DEAR PANAMA, is a short documentary filmed in Panama City, Panama by Voice for the Voiceless advocating for every child's right to a family.

Synopsis:

QUERIDO PANAMÁ, or DEAR PANAMA, is a response to the 2400 children living in 34 institutions throughout Panama. A talented group of photojournalists and film students have pledged to advocate for "every child's right to a family". We believe that this is possible either with legislative reform, reunification of families, and through the promotion of foster care and adoption. 

*Our definition of "family" includes birth family, foster families and adoptive families. We defend children's rights to a family.
